Description: Pumping - Domestic

Date Approved: June 25, 2007

Availability: Available to the members of Northern Lights, Inc. for separately metered domestic water and sewer pumping and for water and sewer districts, subject to its member Service Policies. All installations consuming more than 100 kwh per month are ineligible for this schedule. To be eligible for this rate, the members, except water and sewer districts, must also have an account being billed under Schedule #1.

Type of Service: Single phase at available voltages.

Rate Schedule:

Basic Charge: Single Phase $ 19.75

Energy Charge: 0-100 $ 0.0791

Other Information: Each Member with installed service, whether energized or not, shall pay the above described basic charge.

Subject: Rate Schedule 2

Description: Large Commercial - Secondary

Date Approved: December 28, 2009

Availability: Available to the members of Northern Lights, Inc. for Large Power use, subject to its Member Service Policies. Service shall be provided and metered at Secondary Voltages.

Type of Service: Three phase, 60 cycle, at standard voltages. Consumers receiving service under this schedule requiring over 300 KVA of transformer capacity may take delivery of electric power at Primary Voltage, in which case they will provide all transformers and be billed on Schedule #3.

Rate Schedule:

Basic Charge: Three Phase $ 50.00

Energy Charge: All kwh $ 0.0518

Demand Charge: Per KVA $ 5.60

Minimum Monthly Billing:

The minimum monthly charge for each member shall be the HIGHEST one of the following charges:

1. The sum of the Basic, Demand and Energy charges or
2. The Minimum Monthly Charge specified in a contract for service or
3. A charge of $ 0.75 per KVA of required transformer capacity.

Description: Large Power - Primary

Date Approved: December 28, 2009

Availability: Available to the members of Northern Lights, Inc. for Large Power use, subject to its Member Service Policies. Service shall be provided and metered at Primary Voltages.

Type of Service: Three phase, 60 cycle, at standard available voltages. Consumers receiving service under this schedule will provide all transformers and take service at 300 KVA or greater. Northern Lights, Inc. will meter accounts under this rate schedule at primary voltages or at secondary voltages by mutual agreement.

Rate Schedule:

Basic Charge: Three Phase $ 80.00

Energy Charge: All kwh $ 0.0413

Demand Charge: Per KVA $ 5.40

Minimum Monthly Billing:

Description: Irrigation

Date Approved: December 28, 2009

Availability: Available to the members of Northern Lights, Inc. for Irrigation use of 5 horsepower or more, subject to its Member Service Policies.

Type of Service: Multi phase or single phase, 60 cycle, at available secondary voltages.

Rate Schedule:

Annual Basic Charge: Per HP $ 24.00

Energy Charge: Between Mar & Nov Billings $ 0.0350 | Between Nov and Mar Billings $ 0.0707

Other Information: A penalty charge of $5.00 or 1%, whichever is greater, shall be charged on any balances remaining unpaid after the 23rd of each month.

Each Member with installed service, whether energized or not, shall pay the above described basic charge.

A penalty charge of $5.00 or 1%, whichever is greater, will be charged on any balances left on your bill after the 23rd of each month.

If the irrigation service is not energized, the annual basic charge will be $7.00 per horsepower.

The annual basic charge of $7.00 per horsepower will be billed with the regular March billing (approximately March 23rd), and must be paid prior to connection of the service each year.

If the service was used, the remaining $17.00 per horsepower and the energy usage will be billed with the regular November billing (approximately November 23rd) each year.

Description: Drainage

Basic Charge $ 25.00/mo

Energy Charge: All kwh $ 0.0570

Demand Charge: Per KVA $ 5.40

Determination of Demand:

The billing demand shall normally be the maximum kilovolt ampere (KVA) load used by the consumer, as indicated or recorded by a demand meter.

Other Information: A penalty charge of $5.00 or 1%, whichever is greater, will be charged on any balances left on your bill after the 23rd of each month.

Any installation on which the basic charge is not paid shall be subject to retirement at the option of Northern Lights, Inc.

Annual Charge: 100W Annual $ 187.92/yr | 200W Annual $ 321.30/yr

All services subject to 1% franchise fee for City of Sandpoint.
